WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

Our grazing boxes can only be delivered to the following postcodes NG21, NG22, NG25 if you are further away you can collect from us!

We are based in North Nottinghamshire just outside the historic town of Southwell, we cover a 6 mile radius of NG22 8UR and then after this we charge £0.45p per mile for delivery for our boards and tables.
At this point we are only able to cover NG postcodes.

CAN YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Of course! If there are any special dietary requests or people with specific requirements then we will work with you to make sure all of your needs are met.

DO YOU NEED KITCHEN FACILITIES?

Nope, not at all. All of our food is prepped before arrival so all we have to do when we arrive at your venue is create a beautiful display.

HOW WILL MY GRAZE BE PRESENTED?

If your guest numbers are under 15  people your graze will be delivered ready made up on our disposable boards.
If your guest numbers are over 15  then your graze will be set up at your venue as a flat lay.
We do have a selection of marbles, slates, mango wood boards, crates and stands to create height and a unique visual display, there is an additional cost to hire these from us starting from £20.00 depending on how many you would like to use and they will need to be returned to us after your event.

WILL THERE BE ENOUGH FOOD?

This is always a worry when planning an event, but we can assure you that there will always be enough food for your guests to have a good graze. Think of a grazing board or table as the equivalent of canapés being served or a small finger buffet at an evening event; because your guests can graze for a couple of hours they will have plenty of time to go back for seconds or even thirds!

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?

For our grazing boxes we require at least 48 hours notice. For larger orders of boards and tables at least 72 hours for late bookings.
PLEASE BE AWARE DUE TO COVID OUR 2021 DIARY IS EXTREMELY BUSY AND WE ADVISE EARLY BOOKING TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

HOW DO I BOOK AND DO YOU NEED A DEPOSIT? 

Simple... for box orders just head over to the ordering section. For bookings over 25 people we do require a deposit of £50* this secures your date with us and confirm your booking. * Please note that unfortunately due to being a small business deposits are non refundable, date changes are welcomed with enough notice.
